HOW TO TRNASMIT STORED MP4 VIDEO THROUGH MATRIX CARD

HI,

We are using matrix card  MTRX_PCIe4_A818_3187_WCGA , S/N 1201200077. and MATRIX Application software version 2.26.0,API 4.1 and FW: 160

Here we are able to transmit the image from my PC. But We can't able to transmit the stored Video. Its has only .vid file.

Please advise how to transmit MPEG4 file.

also, We are unable to Capture DVI input on Matrix A818 board"

We connected Matrix Board on PCIe 4 Lane on PC

We connected DVI port of DVI source(PC output)  to DVI input port of Matrix Board

Then Power up the PC, all the Power LEDs were glowing fine.

On PC we ran the MatrixA818 Test Application.

Then Checked " DVI Capture" and "GUI"

Then Quick Modes>Receive

But nothing was coming on GUI, also DVI output display monitor also.
